As you know Revenue Scotland is currently in the process of developing the Scottish Aggregates Tax (SAT) return in preparation for the implementation of the Aggregates Tax and Devolved Taxes (Administration) Bill.
To ensure that the SAT tax return aligns with stakeholder needs, Revenue Scotland actively seeks input on key aspects related to group returns, staggered return cycles, belated tax credit claims, and error corrections. Input from stakeholders is a key component in the development process, and Revenue Scotland is grateful for any insight that stakeholders can give to aid in that process.
